President / CEOMatthew Winters is the founder, president and CEO of Medical 3D Animation Company, a division of Austin Visuals 3D Animation Studio. Austin Visuals is a Full-Service 2D, 3D animation studio, and video production studio. Matthew is dedicated to providing visual solutions to technology related issues in the medical industry. Matthew has an extensive technical and artistic background. He attended Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Savannah, Georgia and was awarded a BFA in Visual Effects 3D Animation. He also attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas contributing to award-winning team projects in Computer Science. Matthew has led teams to create high-quality 3D animation and compelling graphics for companies such as The Smithsonian, The Discovery Channel, NASA, John Deere, Warner Bros. and The Hong Kong Government. Matthew continues to create groundbreaking graphics, graphic design, 3D animation & visualization, 3D Medical Animation and 3D rendering visualization projects, and today is the Founding Managing Director of the Medical 3D Animation Company. Matthew Winters continues his commitment to bring high-quality visual solutions to the people who need it in business.

After years of ad agency experience in creative services and PR, NANCY SCHIRM AV’s Creative Director, transitioned to managing creative marketing, product development, physician practices and related insurance products for a major international healthcare corporation. She gained further valuable experience working in DC politics. For 10 years, it has been her privilege to use her wide range of corporate and ownerdeveloper understanding to write and produce animation for businesses internationally, including technology, education, energy, medical device and moa’s, construction, and start-ups.
Eugene Trammell
Vice President, Business DevelopmentGene brings over 30 years of leadership experience to his role at Medical 3D Animation Company. He has held senior positions in companies that range from Fortune 500 to 4 person start-ups, and publicly traded to privately owned. Net Q.o.S. was a very successful Austin start-up that sold to CA Technologies for $200 million in November of 2009. Gene built the Customer Care elements of Net Q.o.S. and moved into the role of Chief Operating Officer. This acquisition led him to a position as Sr. Advisor for CA Technologies in San Francisco. Prior to his high tech start up background he was a leader in the areas of project management, construction, maintenance, engineering management and paper mills.He is a 1978 graduate of Louisiana Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a graduate of the Executive Development Program from the Kellogg Business School. He is a past President of the Louisiana Tech College of Engineering and Science Foundation Board, a Life Director for the Board and mentor for the ABESE Top Dawg business plan competition. Gene also has functioned as an organizational consultant and serves as an Advisor/Board Member for several start-ups. Today Gene is VP of Business Dev at Medical 3D Animation Company.
